Questions, answered
Do I need sailing experience?
Not at all. Every yacht comes with the option of a professional skipper who handles the sailing, the anchoring and the local know-how. You bring the crew and the playlist, and they do the rest.
What does the price actually cover?
The headline price is the whole-boat charter for seven nights, Saturday to Saturday, including bedding, towels, the dinghy and end-of-week cleaning. Fuel, mooring, food and a shared cash kitty are settled onboard.
How does payment work?
The lead guest books the week with a fixed €100 deposit on Stripe's secure checkout, refunded in full if you cancel within 48 hours. When that window closes, Stripe emails the invoices for the balance (the price minus the deposit), or, if you chose three instalments before checkout (10%, 30% and 60% of the price, with the deposit taken off the lead guest's first) and your week is far enough away, for the first of them; each later instalment is invoiced 30 days before it is due, and every invoice gives you at least 7 days to pay. Splitting the cost? Each person gets their own invoices, which Stripe emails to the lead guest to forward.
Can I book just a cabin, or do I take the whole yacht?
This yacht is booked as a whole-boat charter, so you and your crew have it to yourselves. If you're a smaller group looking to join others, talk to the team and we'll point you to a cabin-share week.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. After that our standard cancellation terms apply, and our team will always help you move your week where we can.
