Cookie notice
Last updated: 23 Oct 2026
Version: 2026-10-23.5cfe00d5
We keep cookies to a minimum. The cookies we set ourselves keep you signed in, carry a registration or a booking you started on to its next step, and remember your cookie choice and, if you switch, your language. Advertising cookies from Meta and Google are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and our own analytics use no cookies at all.
Changing your choice
Open Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing it reloads the page without the advertising tags; cookies they already set stay until they expire or you clear your browser's cookies. We ask again after 180 days, or sooner if what we ask you to agree to changes.
What we don't use
No advertising, marketing or social-media cookies unless you accept them. No analytics cookies of our own: our in-house analytics use a throwaway per-tab id in sessionStorage instead, described in our privacy policy.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| user_session | Keeps you signed in to your customer account so you can view and manage bookings. Set only after you log in. | 30 days |
| registration_email | Remembers the address you registered with, so the page where you enter the code we emailed you can fill it in. Set only when you register. | 1 hour |
| admin_session | Keeps our staff signed in to the admin area. Set only for authenticated staff and scoped to the /admin section. | 7 days |
| hold_retry | Remembers the holds this browser started, so that sending the booking form again gets your hold back. Set only when you go to checkout, and sent only to our booking endpoint. | When your hold on the week ends |
| consent | Remembers your choice in the cookie banner (advertising, measurement) and when you made it, so we do not ask again. Set when you choose. | 180 days |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you chose. Set only when it differs from your browser's language. | When you close your browser |
| mw_visit | Not a cookie: kept in your browser's sessionStorage for our in-house analytics. A random id for this tab, so a report counts one visit once. Not set when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. | When you close the tab |
| mw_campaign | Not a cookie: kept in your browser's sessionStorage for this tab only. The campaign parameters (utm_source and the like) of the link you arrived through and, only if you accept advertising, the ad's click id, sent with our in-house analytics and with a booking, so we know which campaign it came from. Not set when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. | When you close the tab |
| _fbp | Meta Pixel, only with your consent: tells Meta which visits come from the same browser, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited us. | [to be set: from Meta's cookie policy] |
| _fbc | Meta Pixel, only with your consent, when you arrive from a Meta ad: keeps that ad's click id, to measure the ad. | [to be set: from Meta's cookie policy] |
| _gcl_au | Google tag, only with your consent: lets Google Ads link the visits and conversions of one browser, to measure our ads. | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google tag, only with your consent, when you arrive from a Google ad: keeps that ad's click id, to measure the ad. | 90 days |
